When to take a 3mg capsule: Day and/or night as needed. How to use it: Start low and go slow. Begin with a single 3 mg capsule.

When to take a 10mg capsule: Often used at night, take 60-90 minutes before bed. How to use it: Begin with a single capsule (10 mg) on your first night continue with 1 capsule for a few days. Observe effects over the next 6-8 hours. If not effective enough, try adding a Medisenol 3 mg THC capsule to a Medisenol 10 mg capsule for a total of 13 mg THC.
